Potential of the Positive: A poem

A positive attitude is more than just the sway,
For it can unlock endless potential, day by day.
Tackling life’s obstacles with confidence, hope and cheer,
Can help to make impossible dreams, become something near.

Fear of failure can oft keep us from taking a chance,
But with a positive attitude, we’ll gain a new stance.
For motivation drives us, allowing us to see,
The potential of our dreams and what we can be.

Helen Keller had believed that “Life is either a daring adventure or nothing”,
And with a positive outlook, ideas will start to blossom.
So while fear and uncertainty may hold you back,
Have a positive attitude and stay on track.

It’s been said that “today’s thoughts determine tomorrow’s realities”,
So keep a bright outlook, for it’ll open doors and possibilities.
And take heart, for a change in attitude will multiply your chances,
Giving you the power to unlock incredible advances.

Though life is not always easy and seldom fair,
With a positive attitude, you’ll soon have a lot to share.
And as Gandhi said, “Your beliefs become your thoughts, your thoughts become your words, your words become your action, your action become your destiny”,
So make positive attitude your first priority.
