How to feel good about yourself

  1. Praise yourself for your accomplishments (no matter how small!).
  2. Take time to celebrate successes, even if they’re small.
  3. Be kind to yourself and always speak positively to yourself.
  4. Remind yourself of your strengths, abilities, or qualities that make you unique.
  5. Make time for activities that make you feel joy, such as hobbies or spending time with friends.
  6. Spend time in nature or do something creative.
  7. Do something to help others.
  8. Move your body and focus on what you can do.
  9. Get enough sleep to stay energized and refreshed.
  10. Practice mindfulness and relax.
